			"This release was a real successful team effort. Mixed by my friend JB who was the house engineer at EMI Publishing, cover art by an old friend called Jem whose an architect. MCM management put together a good 'voluntary' press team and I formed the first Merz band with the help of Ant Genn. The song was re-mixed by Jarvis Cocker but unfortunately he never got round to finishing or delivering it. He came to our first show though, along with Paul from Orbital and Donna from Elastica. The next time we played, the venue in London was rammed with industry types, someone said 'if you'd dropped a bomb on that venue the UK music industry would have near been taken out'. Suffice to say I got plenty of deals through the fax machine the next day and, some might say, picked the wrong one."
